These are useful buying considerations: ask how a proposed vehicle will recover temperature between stops and how loading arrangements protect the load. The DANA V1 refrigerated configuration
The refrigerated conversion sheet lists the following equipment and dimensions:
- 50kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate battery, with DC and AC charging.

- Insulated cargo volume: approximately 7.3m³; cargo interior: 2,950 × 1,584 × 1,550mm.
- Xueyuan ESR-300D electric refrigeration unit.
- Listed temperature range: −10°C to +12°C.
- Cooling capacity: 3,050W at 0°C compartment temperature and +30°C ambient temperature.
- Dual-channel temperature recorder with printer, side and rear thermal curtains, and a floor drain.
- Right-side sliding loading door and rear double doors.
The stated cooling capacity applies to the stated test conditions. It is not the unit's electrical power consumption and cannot be used to calculate battery operating hours. A −10°C lower limit also does not establish suitability for a load requiring −18°C. Confirm the required temperature, ambient conditions, loading frequency and acceptance criteria for the actual goods.
Keep the base van and conversion figures separate
The accompanying 50kWh base-vehicle sheet lists different roof options and base-vehicle range figures. Insulation, refrigeration equipment and a changed body affect the completed vehicle. Do not transfer the base van's range, height or available payload directly to the refrigerated version. Ask for the finished vehicle's weighed mass, remaining payload and a route test with refrigeration operating.
